Holiday Inn Express and Foster Angels on Earth – For the month of September 2022, the management team and staff members at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft. Washington have committed to collecting donation items on behalf of Foster Angels on Earth, Inc., a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the lives of foster children. Sadly enough, when a child is placed in the foster care system, it is usually without warning and preparation time for the foster family. The majority of the time, the child arrives with only the clothes that they are wearing. Foster Angels on Earth provides a bag with a 3 day supply of clothes, shoes, toiletries and additional items based on the age of the child. For this reason, we came together and collect new Items Only. Monetary donations. And in addition we were able to gather 21 backpacks!!! Crisis | Tonight we are delighted to be launching our new crisis_uk coffee bar and lounge. The amazing furniture restoration team at Crisis have been working very hard over the last few weeks and created this beautiful new space in our conference centre. crisis_uk help people directly out of homelessness through training, education, one-to-one support and advice. ⁣ September was a busy month giving for good! ⁣⁣ We cleaned the park and Kindergarden around, planted flowers for the bees, sold bakery’s for the benefit of a children’s Fund, collected clothes for the old clothing collection, used public transportation for less CO2 emissions and Maxi donated her beautiful long hair to provide wigs for cancer patients. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We all had a great time while doing good and we are looking forward to #ihggivingforgood 2020!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ #crowneplaza #berlin #potsdamerplatz #anihghotel #ihg
